He should offer flights around Stormwind Harbor. He did in 3.3.5a.
Expected behaviour
He should allow the player to take a flight around Stormwind Harbor.
Steps to reproduce the problem
- Go to Stormwind Harbor and find Thargold Ironwing.
- Try to talk to him and select his gossip option
