A copper-nickel-cobalt mine located on the west fork of Weden Creek. It worked a mineralized fracture zone that can be traced for 3,000 ft (ca. 914 m) on the surface and has a known depth of 125 ft (ca. 38 m). The orebody is from 11 ft (3.35 m) to 30 ft (ca. 9 m), with a known length of 90 ft (ca. 27 m). Developments include 5 adits and an open cut. It produced a small amount of ore from 1900-1910. There was sporadic development later on, but very little later production.

Deposit: The deposits were developed from 1900 to 1910 in a search for gold ore. Only a few tons of ore were ever shipped to the smelter. The ore deposits are in a peridotite dike or intrusive that is interspersed with small blebs and seams of serpentine, actinolite and tremolite. At several places in the mass, small deposits of nickel and copper sulfides occur. The peridotite in which the principal ore deposits occur is a dense, dark-coloured, fine-grained rock that has been partly serpentinized. The principal ore deposits occur along a shear zone that strikes N32ยฐW and dips nearly vertically. Cobalt assays about 0.05 per cent.

Geology: Most of the nickel in the ore is combined with arsenic in the form of unidentified arsenides.
