Mexico, about 40 miles north of Silver City via New Mexico State Highway 15....Bearwallow Mountain Andesite (Tba), and volcaniclastic sedimentary rocks of the Gila Group
(QTg). The...The southwest quarter consists of the Alum Mountain eruptive center of the volcanic
complex of Copperas...Copperas Peak 7.5' quadrangle to the south.
The Alum Mountain eruptive center appears to be a domal accumulation...aluminum
resource (Hayes, 1907). The alum minerals (halotrichite and alunogen) form crusts that commonly

TJRANO-ORGANIC ORE AT TEMPLE MOUNTAIN, UTAH

ABSTRACT...essential constituents of the uranium ore at Temple
Mountain, Utah. These occur in the vicinity of highly altered...maximum possibly as high as 350° C.
A characteristic group of metallic elements is present in the ore, as shown...zinc, and vanadium appear more
abundant in the mining area away from the collapse. Small particles of...montroseite,
the primary vanadium oxide, in the mining area. The distribution of supergene oxidation minerals |  | | Book (volume) | | rocks are exposed as thick bands around the entire mountain system. The
rising granite mass intruded the famed...an inexhaustible supply of cold artesian, Rocky Mountain
snow melt water.
Harney Peak is the crest of the...instance, a single Spodumene crystal
from the Etta Mine near Keystone on the east side of the Mount Rushmore...beds,
excavations, etc.Selenite roses.

AREA: in the Oacoma zone of the Pierre Fm. On Elm...gray Barite rosette up to 5 or 6 inches.
