Important Note: I Hope that this works with just deleting (and before editing) the two (and also editing the third) news entrys which were too many (Hope this doesnt cause issues with the blurb bot, but I guess that this is just a creation Tool and doesnt have These linked, but please correct me if I am mistaken (as well thinking about the editing thing)). |

And I hope that this doesnt make Problems that the News Description (which is now consistent with some other) isnt exactly the same as in the other News File, but I think that this is Fine, but please correct me if thats a Problem. |

Add support for the DICOM (.dcm) MIME type by mapping it to application/dicom. Fixes and adds #144217
