The interactive map is provided as a service to the local community and to those thinking of moving to Hampton. We actively welcome contributions from all sections of the community, but ask that you follow a few common sense rules.

1. The map is intended as an information tool rather than an advertising platform so please confine your entry to the facts.
2. In all cases, information should be submitted by office holders or with the office holders’ permission.
3. If you are submitting photos, audio or film with your entry, make sure you are the copyright holder, or have the copyright holder’s permission.
4. As you’d expect from a public site, all entries should be decent, honest and legal.
5. Please make a note to check the information relating to your club, service or activity regularly, to ensure it is still up to date – particularly any contact details.
6. If you need to change details, or no longer wish your club, service or activity to appear on the map please contact us as soon as possible using the details on the contact page of this site.
7. Before being made live, all submissions will be moderated by the site owners, O&H Hampton,  who may alter the wording and categories in the interests of consistency.
8. O&H reserves the right not to publish any entry which is illegal, offensive or inappropriate, or runs counter to the spirit in which this service is offered.
9. Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to enter into a debate about editorial decisions, which will be final.
10. Publication of information on the map does not imply O&H approval or recognition of any services and activities.
11. Nor is O&H able to guarantee the accuracy of information that is submitted to the map.
